Transportation

My office is only a 20-minute drive from Logan airport, so the easiest way is to take a cab - about $25 plus tip. Or you can take the "T" (subway system), if you don't mind 3 trains and a bus. But the bus lets you off right across the street. Contact me for details.

If you stay at one of the following bed & breakfasts, you can go directly there by taking the "T" from the airport to Davis Square, Somerville, then walk a few blocks. (Logan -> Davis Square = 3 trains.)

Lodging

There isn't anywhere to stay within a short walking distance, but I'll arrange rides from any of these 8 nearby places:

1. Morrison House ($75-105 per night)
2. A Cambridge House ($99-299 per night)

I have had people stay in the above two in the past; I only know the following places via the web:

3. Meacham Manor ($60-80 per night)
4. Teele Square Suites ($110-130 per night; complete one- or two-bedroom apartment, max 4 people per unit.)

You could say that all of the above are within walking distance, depending on how far you walk. Of the places above, Morrison House and Meacham Manor are within 1.5 miles, A Cambridge House is 2 miles, Teele Square is probably 2 miles.)

I know very little about these two, but they are definitely nearby:

Just a little farther away, with only one room:

If you prefer a hotel, here's a nearby choice:
